Celebrating Birthday

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with friends and colleagues. It was totally an amazing day and at the end of it I was dead tired.

It all started at night before my birthday. My mobile phone kept on ringing for 45 minutes with calls and messages. First one to wish me, was my Sir who taught me at CMC from Bangalore and from then on I was just responded to the wishes for the next 45 minutes. I had to go office next day, wanted to sleep but couldn't. But I am lucky that so many friends remembered my birthday. The last call ended at 12:47 AM and then I finally slept.

In the morning I woke up and again saw 6 messages were there. I got ready for office took my cab and came to office. Here I was just happy to see people coming to my workstation and wishing me. Then it was just a usual work and in the evening my team members ordered cake from 'Sugar N Spice' and we celebrated my birthday. Here are some pics.

They tried to put the cake on my face.
And then in the evening I celebrated my birthday with college friends. I invited them at the famous restaurant in Green Park. We all were meeting together after very very long time, so we were very excited. So we all met at 7:45 and enjoyed the moment together remembering our college life as well as talking about our current life which is so boring now. There are some pics and you will see how much we enjoyed:

Thank God!! They forget to gave me birthday bumps!!!!

Remembering IDs and Passwords

It seems like every time I want to do something online it requires a password. Is there a good way to keep track of all the passwords I use when on the Internet?

I am amazed at the amount of websites that need user IDs and passwords. It just getting difficult and difficult to remember all these IDs and passwords. I try to use similar IDs and passwords for various websites to recall them easily. But still somehow they are different as all sites have different criteria for selecting IDs and Passwords.

One thing that come out of this, that the websites should have a common/unique way of selecting IDs and passwords. Or there should be some kind of program or software which can help us recalling IDs and passwords for different websites. If you guys know any program like that do inform me or if engineers are working on such software.

I just hate to click on forget my password and then getting another password which is very long and without any sense. The problem is why we use so many websites. Everybody has 2-3 email Ids. Why use so many when we can check mails on one ID. Giving only one ID to people we know. Google has done remarkably good job as it use only one single Gmail ID to use all its applications.

Well, Engineers! I have a task for you.

Life at Work

Life at work can be a battle field and you need to be equipped not just with skills, but also a spinal cord made of steel. There's a lot of stress out there and in these times of recession, you have to be twice as good to keep your head afloat.

Just a random thought.

Meeting Abhishek Bacchan!!!!!!

Well today is my luckiest day...as I get the chance to meet Abhishek Bacchan...at PVR Saket.
you know earlier I was not interested in watching the movie - Dilli 6...but dont know why I booked tickets for it and guess what at the time of screening, suddenly the screen went black. I saw people coming in the hall. At first I thought it was some kind of mock drill for the security guards, But after seeing everybody just relaxed, I thought must be someone coming. And then the lady announced please everybody just settle down "Abhishek Bacchan is coming for you". All the people were just thrilled and clapped, and then he emerged from the entrance, looking cool as usual. They have bought chair for him to sit where the screen is. And we guys were still amazed and clapping and cheering for him. Then he asked us how the film is. And he talked to us. There was a b'day of a child sitting in the hall. Her mother shouted that today is the b'day of her daughter. Abhishek Bacchan called that child on stage and started singing Happy birthday song. We all sang with him. Then he talked about his film. One guy from he audience asked where is his partner-he meant sonam-Abhishek was confused whether he is asking for Aishwarya or Sonam. He showed his finger with ring. We asked him to dance on the song Masakali-but he refused as he has to go to Gurgaon for the next screening. Well that was one of the happiest moment of my life. I enjoyed the movie as well.

There are two kinds of people in the world!!

I just read this funny quote "There are two kinds of people in the world, those who believe there are two kinds of people in the world and those who don't." By Robert Benchley.

This guy was an American humorist best known for his work as columnist in newspaper and film actor. But do you see the seriousness in this line.

There are people in this world who believes in dividing each other on the basis of caste, creed, religion.

Just think about it!!!
